About the event

This evening will still be set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, music, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.

Our May dinner will feature Chef Matt & Chef Sophia Chatfield and we love the month of May because it means fresh, locally grown strawberries are in season and a few more seasonal vegetables keep coming on!  

Our menus are planned based off of what is in season, so we try to have our menu completed a few weeks out from the event. We start the evening with appetizers as you arrive. The patio area is open during this time, if weather permits.  We will then move inside to our main hall area for salad, soup, main course and dessert! The dinners are so fresh and delicious! The Chef will also come out and talk about the different courses throughout the evening, and will also demo one part of the evenings courses. This is definitely an experience you  do not want to miss out on!

Dinner Menu:

Join us as we celebrate a beautiful Mother's Day Weekend with our Farm to Table.

We will treat you to an appetizer upon arrival of Warm Spinach and Pancetta Dip with Toasted Crostini. 

The soup course for the evening will be a Silky Asparagus Soup with Red Chili Crema.  Salad for the evening will celebrate Spring Strawberry Harvest with Spinach Greens, thinly sliced Purple Onion, Goat Cheese Crumble, Homemade Cornbread Croutons and topped with a Lemon Poppyseed Dressing. The Entree will be a Slow Roasted KC Striploin carved by the Chef topped with Sauce Diane with Locally Sourced Mushrooms,  White Cheddar Potatoes au Gratin, and fresh Seasonal Vegetables. The dessert is a Brown Sugar Biscuit Strawberry Shortcake with Fresh Whipped Cream.

Each one of our dinners is accompanied by Jeanne's Famous Homemade Artisan Bread and Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey! 

Cost of Event: $85/person + tax + tip (Optional Donation amount to the organization will be separate)  Reservations only. Tickets must be purchased in advance. 

Wine by Aubrey Vineyards. We have a wine tasting option available for $12. (2 oz pour of 5 pairings that Aubrey Vineyards has paired with each course.) Wine by the glass: $7-$10 We also have some local beer options.

Doors open at 6pm. From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers in the courtyard or at your seat. Our Granny Fay's Farm Shop is also open at 6pm with our Take & Bake Pies, Jams & Jellies, & Gift Items. Dinner will start a little before 7pm.

Must have reservations.  Reservations are preferred by Wednesday, May 8th so we are able to source the right amount! If tickets show they are still available online to purchase, then we still have tickets available. If you have a group that has booked tickets seperately, but would like to sit together, please email us with the names you would like to have seated together and we will have it ready for you!

IMPORTANT FAQs: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans? Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals.  Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions. If there is something we can leave off to help, we are glad to make it work the best we can!

Is there a dress code for this event? No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you choose to sit outside in our courtyard area before or after the dinner.
