About the event
Join Chef Sophia as she teaches you some great dishes you can make ahead and bake later. Â Lasagna, Loaded Mac & Cheese, Chicken Enchiladas, & Breakfast Casserole. You will get to enjoy trying each one of these dishes this evening, while building your own to take home!Â
You will also receive a recipe book with the recipes used for this evening. Â We will also have glasses of wine and beer available for purchase.Â
Cost of Event: $70/person + tax + tip
Our Airbnb, where the cooking class will be located, is connected to our main event center, the west side. We will have special signage leading you in. Our farm retail will also be open before ahead of time if you would like to come a little early. The shop will be open from 6-6:30pm. Our farm shop will be located in the red front building, right next to our courtyard. Doors for the class will open at 6:15pm. Class will start at 6:30pm.Â
Reservations preferred by Sunday, May 19th... if tickets still show available online, then tickets are still available.Â

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans? Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions. Â We may offer some gluten free classes or classes that fit you, so stay posted and watch for future events.Â
