Valentine's Dinner

What a perfect evening out with your special someone!!! Join us at The Cider House with an amazing dinner prepared by one of our professional featured chefs! Our featured chefs will be Matt and Sophia Chatfield. 

Join us at The Cider House as we celebrate Valentine's Day a little early (and more convenient) on Saturday Evening. We will start with Fresh Baked Cheese Puffs, Charcuterie and cheeses. The Soup for the evening will be a Silky Mushroom Bisque with Gruyere Crouton. The salad for the dinner is Fresh Market Greens with Raspberry Dressing, Crisp Fuji Apple, Candied Missouri Pecans, and a Buttery Blue Cheese. The entree for this evening is KC Strip Au Poivre,  Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. The finale dessert for the evening is a Molten Chocolate Dream Cake with Creme en Glaise Sauce, and fresh berries.

Cost of Event: $85/person + tax (Tip not included) Our Valentine's Dinner is a little higher than our regular Farm to Tables because we do a little extra special things for Valentines. Each couple will receive a Granny Fay's Famous Valentine's Hand Pie to share for an extra special treat. 

Wine by Aubrey Vineyards. We have a wine tasting option available for $12. (2 oz pour of 5 pairings that Aubrey Vineyards has paired with each course.) Wine by the glass: $8-$12  We also have some local beer options.

Doors open at 6pm. ( You don't have to be there right at 6, this is just when the doors open)  From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers are available and bar is open. Dinner will start at 7pm.

Must have reservations. Reservations due by Wednesday, February 8th. If tickets are still available online, then we still have seats available. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from this event? Parking is on site

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans? Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.  

Is there a dress code for this event? Business Casual/Date Night is a good way to state it. We do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in walking around or being outside in our courtyard area. You may desire a jacket depending on the time of year.
