About the event

Join us for an amazing evening of music by Easton Hamlin! Easton will also be joined by Chris Filer and Jacob Filer.

Doors Open at 6:15pm (Dinner served as you arrive)

Music Starts at 7pm

Hailing from the wheat fields of Southwest Kansas, Easton Hamlin grew up with a passion for music. First expressing his love for making music at the age of four, Easton’s parents entered him in a singing competition in Oklahoma City, OK and he has been on a steady rise to success ever since. Easton's talent and farm-boy charm landed him the opportunity to compete at age 5 on NBC's America's Most Talented Kids in Los Angeles, CA. By the ripe-old-age of 12, he had opened up for some A-list country artists including Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Chris LeDoux, Joe Diffie, Tracy Lawrence, and many more.

Although impressive for a young age, Easton's career remained somewhat of a hobby until 2009 when he won the Amarillo Star talent competition in Amarillo, TX. The win resulted in a great deal of time spent in Amarillo and ultimately led to a life-long fondness for the gritty, blue-collar ‘Red Dirt Country’ sound of the Texas panhandle (where bands like Reckless Kelly and Randy Rogers Band made a home.) Deciding to turn his passion for music into a long-term career, Easton penned his first song "Red Pen” later that year.

Knowing his best chance for success would come nearly a 1,000 miles away in Nashville, TN, Easton and family moved to Nashville in 2010. Shortly after arriving, Easton caught the attention of hit-songwriter and producer, Brian White. Taking Easton under his wing, the two began writing songs together and with Brian's guidance (and with his Mom driving the car,) Easton signed with SESAC working on his first, self-titled EP.

Fast forward a few growing-up years, Easton is currently enrolled at Belmont University studying Music Business graduating Spring ‘19. While at Belmont, Easton has flourished as a songwriter gaining a deeper understanding of his roots in country music. Easton released his third studio project entitled, Man Behind the Curtain, in which he showcases his growth and maturity as a country artist.
