About the event
Tonight will learn and talk about the five mother sauces. We’ll make a hollandaise sauce with broccoli, pan seared chicken supreme with velouté sauce, smoky cheese macaroni bake with a Bechamel sauce, a creamy tomato, vodka sauce, and for dessert a warm pound cake with a cream anglaise!
We do have wine and beer available for purchase that evening.
$65/person + tax (tip)

Some of our classes are hands on and others are more demonstration. We will note that about each class! Come ready to learn and have so much fun! Our classes are always interactive so you can ask questions, take notes, and just interact with the Chef!
We look forward to having you!! This is a smaller setting. Our classes are meant to seat anywhere from 10-20 people.

If you are coming from I-49 direction, we would suggest that you put Upcycled Orchard into your GPS. Turn like you are going right to the orchard shop...but you will drive right by it and take your next driveway to the right where the signs are for The Cider House. This is just our back entrance and a little easier than doing the turnaround on the highway for our front entrance, but either way will get you here! If you are coming from Clinton/Garden City, you will turn right into our driveway off of 7 Hwy.
Our tickets are non-refundable after a week prior to the event.
