About the event

For our June Dinner...we will still feature our fresh Farm to Table feel...but we also get to celebrate Father's with it being Father's Day Weekend!

This evening will still be set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.

We will continue to host our dinners in our larger event room to allow for ample spacing at this time. We will seat each party separately vs family style. If you are coming with a group, we are glad to seat your group together. Mask are welcomed but they are not required. Our past dinners have been sold out, so don't wait to book!!!

We are also so excited about the fact that each one of our Farm to Table Dinners we like to partner with an organization to support. This is an optional time of giving or maybe it will spark your interest to serve with this organization in the future.

Our menus are planned based off of what is in season, so we try to have our menu completed a few weeks out from the event. We start the evening with appetizers as you arrive. The patio area is open during this time, if weather permits. . We will then move inside to our main hall area for salad, soup, main course and dessert! The dinners are so fresh and delicious! The Chef will also come out and talk about the different courses throughout the evening, and will also demo one part of the evenings courses. This is definitely an experience you  do not want to miss out on!

Our June 19th Menu:

Upon Arrival: Our Homemade Artisan Bread served Crostini style, spread with Homemade Strawberry Jam, a Slice of Brie Cheese, topped with a local, Candied Bacon, served along side flavored Sheep Cheese Spreads from Green Dirt Farms.

Second Course: By using farm fresh vegetables, we are set to bring this beautiful Barley and Spring Vegetable Soup (Orzetta) to life!

Third Course: For the Salad, we are serving Fresh Farmer’s Market Greens with Fresh Berries, Toasted Pistachios, Green Dirt Farms Cheese, and an Apricot Vinaigrette.

Main Course: For a Wonderful Father’s day Weekend, we pay homage to Steak Lover with Thick Block Cut Seared KC Strip Steak “Maremma”, with Chianti Mushroom Sauce, Regianno and Truffle Whipped Potatoes, and Black Garlic roasted Spring Asparagus with Roasted Red Peppers

Dessert: For the Finale of this Dining Experience, you will enjoy a Fresh Blueberry and Lemon Whipped Cream & Mascarpone “Fool” with Granny Fay's Flaky Pie Crust Garnish!
