About the event
This evening will still be set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, music, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.
Our menus are planned based off of what is in season, so we try to have our menu completed a few weeks out from the event. We start the evening with appetizers as you arrive. The patio area is open during this time, if weather permits. We will then move inside to our main hall area for salad, soup, main course and dessert! The dinners are so fresh and delicious! The Chef will also come out and talk about the different courses throughout the evening, and will also demo one part of the evenings courses. This is definitely an experience you do not want to miss out on!
Our April Menu:
Join us at The Farm as we enjoy an evening of beautifully prepared cuisine. The dinner will start with an Asparagus Pastry Tart with Local Pig Bacon upon arrival. Your Soup of the evening with be a Tomato Cognac Bisque. The Salad course will be Fresh Greens with Roasted Pistachios, Goat Cheese, and a Balsamic Vinaigrette. The entree for the evening is a Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak with Red Wine Beef Sauce (Bordelaise), Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, and Roasted Garlic Broccoli. For dessert, you will enjoy a decadent pice of Cinnamon Bread Pudding made with Farm Fresh Eggs, and a Vanilla Custard Sauce to accompany!
Cost of Event: $74/person + tax (Tip not included!) Reservations only. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Wine by Aubrey Vineyards. We have a wine tasting option available for $12. (2 oz pour of 5 pairings that Aubrey Vineyards has paired with each course.) Wine by the glass: $8-$12 We also have some local beer options.
Doors open at 6pm. From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers in the courtyard or at your seat. Dinner will start at 7pm.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans? Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.
Is there a dress code for this event? No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you choose to sit outside in our courtyard area before or after the dinner.
